We hope that the list is comprehensive and accurate, but if you're reading this and thinking "I've run faster than that!", then please
We'll need to know where and when you ran, so that we can verify the performance.
Recent updates
- 13th April 2008: Yvonne Olney usurped Sunita Dawett as the W45 marathon record holder with her 3:57:48 run at the FLM
- 24th April 2008: Removed Julie Humphries' records as they were not set when she was running for Datchet Dashers.
- 7th May 2008: Jo Logie took 10s off the women's 10k record at Shinfield, and Sunita Dawett took 2 minutes off the W45 record.
- 11th May 2008: the Marlow 5m provided almost an entirely new set of women's records.
