This year's Dorney Dash 10k takes place on Saturday June 7th, starting at 10am. The venue will again be the pancake flat and picturesque Dorney Lake; the route goes twice around the lake on smooth, traffic-free tarmac roads and paths.

The race is incredibly flat, with only 2 small, short rises over low bridges, so it's perfect if you're after a pb. For the very quickest runners, there are £150 bonuses on offer for new course records: 32:12 for men (Tim Crossland, Leeds) & 35:04 for women (Nikki Slater, Whitney)

Every finisher will receive a medal, and a goody bag with food, sports drink, and other sports goodies!

Enter online, or download an entry form.

Online entry closes at midday on Friday June 6th. Postal entry closes on Tuesday June 3rd. We regret that there will be no entries on the day.

Directions to Dorney Lake

The postcode for Dorney Lake is SL4 6QP. Dorney Lake is in the village of Dorney, a short distance from M4 junction 7.

If you are coming from Windsor, the fastest and shortest route is up the towpath by bike; cycle past Boveney Lock up to St Andrews Boathouse (a large arched building) and take the footpath on the left-hand side of the boathouse.

If you're coming by car...

  • Exit the M4 motorway at Junction 7
  • Go left onto the A4, direction Maidenhead, and over one set of traffic lights
  • 500 yards further on, turn left at the roundabout by Sainsburys
  • Follow the road to Dorney village
  • When the road veers left, turn right into Court Lane, signposted to Dorney Court and Dorney Lake.
  • Go past Dorney Court and turn left into the Dorney Lake site (it is clearly signed)
  • Follow the road round to the left, then drive the length of the lake down towards the boathouse; marshals will direct you to park.
